That place would BOOM during the cold months and maybe even in the middle of summer. Have the weekend by appoinment only (walk-ups accepted if space is avaliable) and have it open to the public throgh the week for kids to just go in and play.
Does that space have the appropriate plumbing and public restrooms for something like that?
